Since 2000, Mita Bhan has led over 100 meditative workshops for individuals and groups. Highly interactive and relatable, she brings forth her own experiences as a Meditator and Reiki Master and has helped people from all walks of life learn how to meditate and heal from issues that may be holding them back from leading a more harmonious and balanced life.

Do you generally like being in or around large bodies of water like the sea or the lake? Are your happiest childhood memories around splashing in the sea?

For a long time, I found it hard to truly forgive the people who had hurt me over the years. I felt that if I did forgive them, it would seem like what they did was ‘alright’, But how could their bitchiness, mockery and behaviour be ever alright?
